Water: How Sweet It Is....

The experts say to consume at least 8 glasses of water a day. I however drink at least 12-16 glasses a day, yep thats right I drink a lot of water. Water is my secret to maintaining a healthy glow to my skin, healthy hair and not to mention water is good for getting rid of those unwanted toxins. Water is good for you!
